Replacing old radiators with smaller ones

My unit is about 5square feet with radiators (bedroom and living room) and exposed vertical pipe in the bathroom. The radiators were originally sized to heat your home. Can anyone advise what replacement radiator sizes I would require please? The old ones are about plus years old now.
